Not quite blithely, they took the wheel, unnaturally entering foreign roadways. “It’s only driving,” they shouted. “We’re not asking to vote, after all!” Both hoping and fearing to be seen, the YouTube women sought small purchase in their land of contrasts -- impoverished opulence, freedoms denied, anachronistic modernity.
